When you complete the Plan Your Adventure inquiry form on our website, we collect the following information:
• Full name

• Phone number
• Group size
• Desired arrival and departure dates
• Preferred location and accommodations
• Total trip budget
• Additional details you choose to share
When you make a financial contribution through our website, donations are processed through GiveButter, a third-party payment platform. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. Please see Section 5 for more information about GiveButter's data practices.

By donating through our site, you acknowledge that your information will be processed by GiveButter and that their privacy practices are separate from ours. We will not be held responsible for GiveButter's independent data practices. However, we have selected GiveButter because it is a reputable, widely used nonprofit fundraising platform with established data security standards.
YouTube (Google LLC)

Our website is hosted and managed through GoHighLevel (The Profit CRM), a cloud-based marketing and CRM platform. Information submitted through our website forms is stored within this platform. GoHighLevel employs industry-standard security practices to protect data stored on its platform.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
• With service providers who assist us in operating our website and ministry, as described in Section 5, and only to the extent necessary to provide those services
• With government or regulatory authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our organization or others

Donor records may be retained indefinitely as required for 501(c)(3) compliance. Inquiry form submissions that do not result in a booked retreat are generally retained for up to two years.
